Alix was born in Gainesville and is a true Floridian. While she has lived in a few other areas around the state, she came back for good to attend Santa Fe College followed by the University of Florida in 2007. She received a Masters Degree from Florida State University. She loves the small town feel of Gainesville but the big city vibes that UF brings with world class plays and musicians that come to venues like the Phillips Center. As an avid equestrian, Alix chose to live in Alachua for a short commute into town but the ability to keep her horses and farm animals at home. She believes north Florida and the greater Gainesville area have a lot to offer including crystal clear springs and hardwood forests for outdoor activities, access to quality schools, an up and coming tech industry- all without being too far from bigger cities like Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville!

Alix grew up watching her father Joseph Freck in the real estate industry. “My dad had this slogan and jingle for the radio when I was little and one line always stood out to me. “The Hardest working realtor in town”. I have always known that to be the truth as I accompanied my dad around town while he was working.” She’s proud to say she shares his work ethic and is ecstatic to start working with him in real estate. Alix is a licensed and insured Drone Pilot and photographer. She says, “I look forward to helping capture dynamic images to help market and represent your property’s story.”
